Oslo-listed shipping company Awilco LNG has secured a charter contract for its 156,000 cbm TFDE membrane LNG vessel WilPride.
The company explained that the 2013-built unit would be employed by an undisclosed oil and gas major under an 8-month time charter deal.
Awilco LNG said that the contract is expected to commence in early July 2019 contingent upon customary vessel inspection and acceptance by the charterer.
The deal is estimated to contribute an annualised EBITDA of about USD 23 million during the charter period.
