Transmark Subsea has taken over employees and assets of Seaproof Solutions.
Transmark will continue part of the activities related to the subsea cable and connector business of Seaproof Solutions.
Transmark is active in the subsea cable and connector industry, which makes it possible to integrate the activities of Seaproof within the existing Transmark organization.
The activities will be integrated within the office and workshop of Transmark Subsea in Bergen Norway.
Transmark Subsea was established in 2009 as part of the Transmark Group.
