Atlas Professionals is set to open an office in Boston, the U.S., at the beginning of October.
According to the company, Boston was chosen as the location for the new office due to it being a Bluetech hub and a project pipeline of offshore wind energy.
The new office will be the company’s second in the U.S. and will work with the Houston-based team with an aim to grow the local workforce.
Atlas Professionals anticipates the office to form alliances with trade unions, local academic institutes and maritime academies in the states.
“This location has great East Coast connections and will give us access to a large pool of US based clients and professionals to fuel the continued growth of Atlas Professionals in the States,” said Laura Smith , Business Manager North America at Atlas Professionals.
“It will be our pleasure to meet new and existing customers along with suppliers, partners, professionals, trade unions, colleagues and friends over the next months.”
