Gloryholder LGM tech ordered for eight LNG-fueled PSVs

Gloryholder LGM has signed a contract with Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group to supply LNG fuel gas systems for eight 4000HP LNG powered PSVs being built for China Oilfield Services (COSL).

Gloryholder LGM has signed a contract with Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group to supply LNG fuel gas systems for eight 4000HP LNG powered PSVs being built for China Oilfield Services (COSL).

The LNG systems will be delivered to the shipyard during the first half of 2020, Gloryholder LGM said in its statement.

The 8 vessels are part of a series of totally 12 LNG fuelled PSVs being built for COSL, classed by the China classification society (CCS).

Together with the systems for the first four ships being built by Liaonan shipyard, this is the single largest series of LNG fuel gas systems orders received by Gloryholder LGM.

The company is responsible for the development and delivery of the complete LNG systems including; engineering and delivery of one type C LNG storage tank with a capacity of 170 cubic meters with integrated tank connection space (TCS), LNG bunkering station modules, water glycol system, commission, crew training and on site services.
