Omnisens has been awarded a contract by Ørsted for the supply of fiber optic-based monitoring solutions.
The 5+ year framework agreement covers the integrity and performance monitoring of export cables of all offshore wind farms that will be constructed by the major Danish energy company in UK, USA and Taiwan.
Hornsea Two offshore wind farm will be the first of the numerous projects that will be managed through the framework.
