Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) has given Vår Energi consent to use Island Constructor vessel for well intervention on the Goliat field offshore Norway.
Recently, Vår Energi received consent to use the Island Constructor well intervention facility for operations on the Goliat field in the Barents Sea.
The consent has been extended to include intervention on wells 7122/7-B-4 Y1H/Y2H, 7122/7-C-3 Y1H/Y2H, 7122/7-C-2 H and 7122/7-B-3 H.
The work is scheduled to begin during September 2019.
The Island Constructor well intervention facility is operated by Island Offshore. The vessel was issued with Acknowledgement of Compliance (AoC) by the PSA in 2010.
