South Hook liquefied natural gas import terminal is set to receive a quartet of liquefied natural gas over the next week.
First of the four cargoes is being transported onboard the Q-Max LNG carrier Bu Samra capable of transporting 266,000 cubic meters of the chilled fuel. The vessel is scheduled to dock at the South Hook facility on October 17, Milford Haven Port Authority data shows.
Next in line will be the Lijmiliya, another Q-Max vessel scheduled to deliver the cargo to the terminal on October 19. Both cargoes have been sourced at the Qatari Ras Laffan LNG complex.
The third cargo is being transported onboard the 173,400-cbm LNG carrier BW Lilac that loaded its cargo at Cheniere’s Corpus Christi facility, VesselsValue data shows. It scheduled to dock at the South Hook terminal on October 20.
The last of the four cargoes has been loaded at the Ras Laffan LNG complex in Qatar onboard the Q-Flex LNG carrier Onaiza capable of transporting 210,000 cubic meters of the super cool fuel. The vessel is set to unload at South Hook on October 23.
