UK-based navigation solutions provider ChartCo and and its Canadian counterpart Marine Press are merging into a single company.

The new company will be called OneOcean and will offer a range of navigation and compliance solutions for the maritime sector.

“Following the success of three recent acquisitions, we have been looking to further expand our business. We identified Marine Press as a like-minded partner that would complement our own business and expand the offerings to our growing international client base,” Martin Taylor, Chief Executive Officer of ChartCo, commented.

The two companies are expected to transition to a single OneOcean business operation during the coming months. Until then, existing sales and service operations of both ChartCo and Marine Press will continue, and customer operations will remain unchanged.
