Wisdom Marine to Order Bulker Pair in China

Wisdom Marine has reportedly revealed plans to order two 82,300 dwt bulk carriers in China.

Taiwanese shipping company Wisdom Marine has reportedly revealed plans to order two 82,300 dwt bulk carriers in China.

The ships will be constructed at Tsuneishi Zhoushan Shipbuilding, according to data provided by ASIASIS.

Wisdom Marine will pay USD 33 million per unit.

No details related to the newbuilds’ deliveries have been disclosed.

Wisdom Marine has been ordering new vessels as part of its fleet optimization plan as the company aims to offload older vessels in its fleet.

Being the largest dry bulk shipowner in Taiwan, Wisdom Marine has a fleet of more than 140 vessels.
