Norwegian subsea service business DOF Subsea has won multiple contract awards from undisclosed clients in Trinidad and the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.
DOF Subsea said that the Skandi Neptune was awarded a three-year frame agreement for inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR) and light construction services with a ‘major operator’ in Trinidad.
According to the company, the vessel will begin operations in Trinidad in late November for the first offshore inspection campaign.
DOF also secured several shorter contracts in the Gulf of Mexico to support IMR, subsea installation, and decommissioning operations, which will secure utilization for the Harvey Deep Sea vessel in the fourth quarter.
The company added that Geosea construction support vessel (CSV) was awarded a 21-day contract set to begin in late November, also in the Gulf of Mexico.
