The Nederlands-based technical solutions provider Seatec said it has received order for 3000mtr special designed subsea umbilical.
The umbilical consists of various 16mm2 power cores as well as multiple twisted pairs for controls.
It also has an integrated aramid fibre as strength member to handle loads upto 4.5T and PU outer sheath.
Scope of supply also includes various subsea junction boxes for quick umbilical termination.
Both sides are fitted with Seacon subsea connectors.
Delivery is scheduled for the second quarter of 2020.
