Norwegian equipment provider for aquaculture industry AKVA Group has appointed Knut Nesse as the CEO of AKVA group on a permanent basis, effective immediately.
Knut Nesse joined the board of directors of AKVA group in May 2019, and served as the chairperson from August 16th until he was appointed as interim CEO on November 4th.
Nesse succeeds Hallvard Muri, who after three years resigned from his position as the company’s CEO.
Knut Nesse will resign from the board of directors and will be replaced by Hans Kristian Mong as the new chairperson.
