Four cargoes heading for UK LNG terminals

Four liquefied natural gas cargoes are set to be delivered over the coming week to the import terminals in the United Kingdom.

Four liquefied natural gas cargoes are set to be delivered over the coming week to the import terminals in the United Kingdom.

According to the shipping data released by the Milford Haven Port Authority, the first of the four cargoes is being transported onboard the 165,000-cbm Energy Glory liquefied natural gas carrier that loaded the cargo at Equinor’s Hammerfest LNG facility on Melkoya island, Norway. Delivery to the Dragon LNG terminal is scheduled for January 8.

The 173,400-cbm BW Lilac lifted a cargo at Cheniere’s Corpus Christ export facility in Texas, and is scheduled to dock at the South Hook LNG terminal on January 9.

Third cargo in of the bunch is being transported onboard the Q-Flex LNG carrier Fraiha. The vessel was loaded at the Qatari Ras Laffan complex and is scheduled for delivery to the South Hook LNG facility on January 12.

The Höegh Giant FSRU, currently operating as an LNG carrier under a time charter contract with Spanish LNG operator Naturgy, is transporting a Sabine Pass cargo to the South Hook terminal. Delivery is scheduled for January 14.
