Engie Fabricom has joined Energi Coast, the North East of England’s Offshore Wind Cluster.

Headquartered in Grimsby, North Lincolnshire, Engie Fabricom, part of the global energy group Engie, is active within the engineering, procurement and construction market across all UK industry sectors, including Renewables.

Engie Fabricom noted that, over the last twelve months, it had secured a record number of offshore wind contracts.

The company said that it will be working with other Energi Coast Cluster participants to share good practice, promote the sector and contribute towards shaping the future of the UK’s offshore wind sector.

Energi Coast gathers more than 30 key regional businesses and stakeholder organisations involved in offshore wind and works on showcasing the supply chain capabilities in North East England.

The network includes developers, ports, supply chain, academia, innovation and research organisations, and two Local Enterprise Partnerships.
