Exports of liquefied natural gas from the United States’ export facilities jumped over the past week following three weeks of decline.

A total of nineteen vessels with a combined LNG-carrying capacity of 69 billion cubic feet departed the U.S. LNG facilities, data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) shows.

During the week between February 20 and February 26, a total of nine vessels departed from Cheniere’s Sabine Pass facility followed by four cargoes from the Corpus Christi export plant.

Freeport LNG facility exported three cargoes, Cameron LNG plant added two with the remaining cargo shipped from Dominion’s Cove Point plant in Maryland.

In addition, one cargo was loading at the Corpus Christi plant on Wednesday, February 26.

EIA further noted that natural gas deliveries to liquefied natural gas export terminals jumped compared to the previous week reaching 8.7 Bcf/day, down from 8.0 Bcf/d.
