Renewable Risk Advisers (RRA) has secured a framework agreement for insurance broker services from marine energy developer Minesto.
The deal, valid for three years with possibility to extend it one more year, will see the UK-based firm provide insurances for renewable marine – tidal energy technology projects.
Specifically, RRA will act as a supervisor and broker when Minesto has need of insurances such as project insurances for existing and future Minesto sites.
Currently Minesto has a need of an insurance broker services for the Vestmannasund project, and further coming Minesto projects on the Faroes Islands.
