Edu Willemse, Energy Advisor at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, part of the Dutch Government, shares details of the masterclass titled Offshore Wind held alongside the Offshore Energy Exhibition and Conference.
The digital master class was attended by over 140 foreign government officials from 20 countries, a very strong attendance when compared to the previous year when around 50 attendees joined the masterclass in the RAI conference center in Amsterdam.
These included participants from Europe, Asia, and America, and for the first time, participants from Northern Africa.
