During this interview with CEO’s of wave energy company Novige, and floating solar developer HelioRec we get to hear more about these innovative clean energy solutions that are set to be an important contributor to the future energy mix.
Polina Vasilenko , CEO of HelioRec , presented the floating solar innovation and described what makes the company’s product unique – such as its hydrolock feature, which provides extra stability for the unit and makes it more resistant to strong winds and waves.
Novige ’s CEO Jan Skjoldhammer on the other hand showcased the NoviOcean wave energy device, and the company’s future plans which include using the device for hydrogen production, and shoreline erosion mitigation – in addition to generating clean electricity.
Both companies are supported by Marine Energy Alliance project.
