In today’s Marine Energy Alliance talk, Paula van Lieshout (SolarDuck), Félix Elefant (EVER) and Ray Alcorn (WEDUSEA) present their solutions in the marine energy sector. Discover the latest developments in wave, tidal, floating solar, floating wind and other types of marine energy. Solarduck generates green energy using state-of-the-art Offshore Floating Solar plants which are fully scalable to match specific local requirements worldwide. EVER aims to offer an economically efficient solution for the conversion of wave energy by benefiting from the inherent advantages of the ‘rotating mass converters’. WEDUSEA is a pioneering project aiming to be the stepping stone towards large-scale wave energy commercialisation. It is a collaboration between 14 partners and is co-ordinated by the Irish company OceanEnergy.
