Norwegian shipping company Solstad Offshore has secured contracts for two of its construction support vessels (CSVs) and one anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel, all with undisclosed clients.

The CSV Normand Jarstein will kick off a 135-day contract in March, under which it will deliver subsea support and services in West Africa, partnering with Omega Subsea, in which Solstad owns a 35.8% ownership share .

The contract includes additional options besides the firm period.

The CSV Normand Australis has been awarded a 200-day firm plus 90-day option contract for a renewable energy project in Taiwan, set to commence in February. The 2009-built vessel previously also worked in Asia .

Furthermore, the AHTS Normand Scorpion has secured a 78-day firm plus 42-day option contract to provide rig support in Australia, starting this month.

The three vessels are owned by Solstad Maritime, in which Solstad Offshore holds 27.3%. According to the company, the commercial conditions are confidential between the parties.

Another Solstad CSV won a contract earlier this month that will keep it fully committed until the end of 2027.
