China-based Wison Group has joined forces with Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group (Jereh) to combine strengths in energy engineering and high-end equipment to support offshore floating facilities and onshore oil and gas engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) opportunities.

Wison and Jereh have signed a strategic cooperation letter of intent (LOI) to embark on a mutually beneficial cooperation, covering offshore projects for floating production facilities, including floating liquefied natural gas (FLNG) and floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) units, as well as onshore oil and gas EPC opportunities, while jointly exploring market development.

“Wison will continue enhancing its end-to-end delivery capabilities for floating energy facilities — strengthening system integration and supply-chain readiness — to support the reliable and efficient execution of complex offshore projects for global clients,” emphasized the Chinese player.

The two players will further strengthen collaboration on supply-chain resource integration, supported by information sharing and a structured working mechanism to enhance execution efficiency and resilience.

A Jereh delegation visited Wison for discussions, led by Zhang Hongnai , Jereh Group Senior Vice President and CMO, joined by Chen Fei , President of Jereh Oil & Gas Engineering, and Liu Huadong , General Manager of Jereh Offshore.

Wison was represented by Liu Hongjun , Chairman of Wison Group, together with Zhou Hongliang , CEO of Wison Engineering, An Wenxin , Senior Vice President of Wison New Energies, and Liu Ning , Vice President of Wison New Energies.

The two companies exchanged views on cooperation priorities and working mechanisms and agreed to develop a long-term, stable strategic cooperation.

This partnership comes months after Wison pooled resources with Siemens Energy for sustainable offshore energy development, primarily within FLNG and FPSO projects.
