Houston-based Texas LNG Brownsville, part of Glenfarne Group, has put Kiewit Offshore Services (KOS), a construction and engineering services provider, in charge of in-state fabrication of liquefaction modules for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) export project being developed in the Port of Brownsville, Texas.
