Container shipping line Evergreen will extend its peak season surcharge (PSS) and implement an emergency bunker surcharge on its services between Asia and India and Europe.

Evergreen is extending its US$175 per teu PSS until 31 December on the westbound Asia and Indian-subcontinent to Europe and the Mediterranean trades because of “strong demand for space”.
