Statia Victory, a 35,000 BBL, 290-ft Double Hull Tank Barge designed by Bristol Harbor Group, Inc. (BHGI) has recently been completed and delivered by Orange Shipbuilding Co., Inc. (OSB) in Orange, Texas, a division of Conrad Industries, Inc. The barge, OSB hull #403, is similar to several previous BHGI designs and a close sister vessel to OSB hull numbers 395, 396, 397, and 400.
