Trond Westlie will take up the position as Group CFO of A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S on 1 January 2010. He will become a member of the Executive Board of the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group. Trond Westlie, 48, comes from a position as Executive Vice President and CFO of Telenor Group, Norway. Before joining Telenor in 2004, he was Executive Vice President and Group CFO of Aker Kværner for a number of years. Trond Westlie brings extensive international experience within business development and in dealing with external stakeholders, combined with strong management skills.
