Panama Canal awards $89.6 mln expansion contract

The Panama Canal Authority said on Monday it awarded Belgian firm Jan de Nul NV an $89.6 million contract to dredge the canal’s Atlantic entrance as part of a $5.25 billion expansion of the canal.
