The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has held what it calls a “Groundbreaking Ceremony” to launch its massive International Cruise Terminal (ICT) project aimed at developing Singapore’s into the hub of regional cruise trade. Held at the Marina South Pier, within close proximity of the future site of the ICT, the ICT Groundbreaking Ceremony was officiated by Mr Lim Hng Kiang, Minister for Trade and Industry. Over 100 guests, comprising key industry partners, attended the event.
