The joint venture, Vosta LMG-Karnafuly Joint Venture Consortium, a Netherlands-Germany-Bangladesh Joint Venture, will undertake the work, after a contract was signed between the Bangladesh Inland Water Transport Authority (BIWTA) and the newly-formed consortium.
