Malaysia has ordered that the former President of the International Association of Ports and Harbours (IAPH) and ex-Port Klang General Manager Datin Paduka O C Phang and the country’s former Transport Minister Datuk Chan Kong Chye, be investigated for impropriety and criminal breach of trust. The recommendation for the probe came from the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), a non-governmental organisation (NGO) appointed by parliament in 2007.
