Italian owner orders giant ro-lo quartet

Italian Messina Group has ordered four ro-lo vessels from South Korea’s Daewoo for USD 300 million. Deliveries are scheduled from October 2011 to February 2013. The vessels are reported to have a capacity of 2,920 TEU or 6,030 lane metres.
