A Chinese wind energy sector specialist has turned to a Germany certification authority to approve the design of its new turbines. Envision Energy which has a manufacturing base in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, China and which has an innovation centre in Denmark, has concluded a contract for wind turbine certification with Hamburg-based Germanischer Lloyd and the first design approvals are due to be rolled out early next year.
