Since its grand opening in July 2009, the Kloosterboer Dutch Harbour has met with several major fishing companies seeking to use the facility as a one-stop logistical hub for the 2010 season, according to the facility’s general manager. “We’re very pleased with the immediate demand and interest we’ve received in such a short time and feel confident that the new facility can be a major boost for the fishing industry in Dutch Harbour,” said Steve Abernathy, General Manager of the Kloosterboer Dutch Harbour facility.
