Re-opening of ferry service to St. Petersburg

A new ferry company, St. Peter Line, is planning to re-open the ferry route between Helsinki and St Petersburg. A new ferry company, St. Peter Line, is planning to re-open the ferry route between Helsinki and St Petersburg. According to the company’s website the service will be inaugurated in April 2010 with the Princess Maria (ex Queen of Scandinavia), which has been operated by DFDS. The ferry will have five sailings a week. According to the company’s website the revised Russian law about visa free regime will be extended for ferry passengers of all nationalities.
