Somali pirates have hijacked a small cargo ship with a crew of nine Indians, an NGO monitoring maritime activity in the region said Thursday. Ecoterra International said in a statement that the 40-metre ship, the Abdul Razak, was taken earlier this week before heading into the Gulf of Aden, on its way from Kandala, India, to Dubai.
