Production at the UK Don Southwest is ready to restart after drilling of a third production well partner Valiant Petroleum has said while a regrading of field reserves has also been carried out. After drilling a new production well on Area 22 within the Don Southwest field with the Transocean John Shaw semi-submersible, Valiant said today it is ready to resume production from the asset using a newly installed export pipeline which will carry field output to the nearby Thistle field.
