Major Indian ports report 5.5 percent growth

India’s major ports have reported a 5.5 percent growth in the period between April 2009 and February 2010 compared with the corresponding period one year ago. The Financial Express (India) said that this signalled a gradual revival in exports as the world economy recovered from the financial crisis.
