Dong Energy has signed a contract with the Spanish company Iberdrola for the annual supply of 1 billion m3 of LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas). It is a 10-year agreement, which will come into effect at the end of 2011. The LNG is destined for the Gate terminal in Rotterdam. Dong Energy is co-owner of this, the first Dutch LNG terminal.
