The UK’s Princess Yachts International has presented plans for the redevelopment of its South Yard site in Plymouth to the Devonport Regeneration Community partnership (DRC). Located within the old Devonport naval dockyard, the 15-acre site was acquired by Princess in 2009 for the construction of a new range of yachts over 30m (100ft) in length.
