Talisman Energy has received a consent to drill an exploration well in the North Sea. The Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) Norway has approved Talisman’s latest exploration drilling in the southern North Sea with Transocean Winner. The company will spud exploration well 15/12-23 later this month. The drilling on licence 038D is expected to take 125 days.
