DEME succeeds in strengthening its position on national and international markets

Despite a difficult economic climate in 2009, DEME succeeded in strengthening its position on the national and international markets. Thanks to its strategy of geographical spreading and the diversifi cation of its activities (such as dredging, lifting works, offshore-related and environmental activities), the group succeeded in maintaining its market position in spite of the economic depression.
