Danish shipping and oil group A.P. Moeller-Maersk reported a return to profit on Wednesday and upped its outlook for the year on strong results in its container shipping and oil divisions. The group’s total net profit for the first three months of 2010 was 3.44 billion Danish kroner (462 million euros, 1.71 billion dollars), a return to profit after a net loss of 2.13 billion a year earlier.
