STX Finland may receive a Russian order for a combined icebreaker and oil spill combat vessel of Aker Arctic Technology’s ARC 100-design. The Finnish companies STX Finland Oy, Aker Arctic Technology Oy and Southeast Trading Oy have signed a cooperation agreement and the Russian companies OAO Sovcomflot and FSUE Rosmorport, with the purpose of developing and building such a vessel for Sovcomflot.
