Samsa looks forward to shipping job creation

The South African Maritime Safety Association said on Tuesday the revival of the country’s shipping sector could create up to 248 000 jobs in five years. South Africa’s economy is largely based on commodity exports but South African registered ships handle a fraction of the transportation.
