Jakarta capital city government’s plan to do dredging on 13 rivers seems to be immediately realized, following the issuance of legal rules on the disbursement of the project’s loans amounting to Rp 1.5 trillion from the World Bank. The central government plans to issue the rules in July 2010. The legal rules are derived from government regulation No.2/2006 on Procedures for Loans and/or State Grants.
