Port of Siuslaw’s turning basin will be dredged beginning as early as June 29 and last about one month. Boaters are reminded to exercise caution and maintain a safe distance when navigating around dredge operations during this period. In order to accommodate these around-the-clock dredging operations, the Siuslaw Bridge on Highway 101 will open and close every four hours until the dredging is complete.
