2H Offshore, an Acteon company, is pleased to announce the opening of a new regional base in Perth, Australia, to improve service to clients in Asia Pacific.

The Perth base will be headed by general manager Elizabeth Tellier, who is relocating from 2H’s Houston office.

Tellier said, “We are looking forward to the opportunity to support the Australian oil and gas market. 2H’s capabilities in riser and conductor design can help to support the emerging deepwater market in Western Australia.” “The subsea oil and gas industry in Asia Pacific is growing rapidly,” said Hugh Howells, principal director at 2H Offshore.

“Opening an office in the region will help us to support existing clients and enable us to meet the increasing demand for our specialist, deepwater riser and conductor engineering services.”

2H Offshore is already involved in several projects in the region, including the Browse liquefied natural gas development. The company will be located in West Perth.
