Several news articles recently reported on the Ichthys LNG project (INPEX 76% Operator, Total 24%) in Australia .

INPEX is progressing the development of the Ichthys LNG project on schedule with strong support from Total. Today, we have expanded and reinforced the Ichthys Project Management team and organization based in Perth, Australia.

This includes the appointment of a senior secondee from Total as Managing Director Ichthys Project. This appointment reaffirms INPEX’s and Total’s commitment to developing the Ichthys Project in a cooperative manner.

We will continue to work closely with the Australian, West Australian and Northern Territory Governments to achieve FID for the Ichthys Project as scheduled.
