Titanium Resources Group announces that Mr. Raju Jaddoo will step down as a Non-Executive Director from the Board of TRG on 1 December 2010 to devote more time to his other business interests.

Commenting on the resignation, Wayne Malouf, Executive Chairman of TRG, said:

“The Board would like to thank Raju for the contribution he has made in restarting operations and establishing the Company. As TRG’s Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2009, and then as a Non-Executive Director, Raju has provided a steady hand and sound advice in both good and difficult times. His insight and experience have been invaluable to TRG and to the people fortunate enough to work with him. We wish him the best of success with his future endeavors.”
