Petroleum Geo-Services ASA (‘PGS’ or the ‘Company’) routinely releases information about 3D vessel utilization around the end of each quarter.

Summary of vessel utilization:

The vessel statistics for the fourth quarter 2010 includes the new vessel PGS Apollo (Image) , which started seismic acquisition mid May 2010. The fourth quarter 2010 vessel statistics excludes Orient Explorer, which was returned to the vessel owner as the charter expired by year-end 2009.

PGS will release its Q4 2010 financial results on Thursday February17, 2011, at approximately 7:00 am Central European Time (CET), with a corresponding presentation and webcast scheduled for 8:00 am CET.
