Further to the Company’s announcement on 29 October, 2010, AWE advises that effective today, Bruce Clement has assumed the position of Managing Director of AWE Limited. Accordingly, with effect from the close of business on 31January, 2011, Bruce Wood has retired as Managing Director of the Company.
